Cancellation and Refund Policy
Effective date: 28 August 2026
1. Card-free trial
Eligible new users receive the trial period shown during registration. No payment details are needed and the trial does not automatically become a paid subscription. When it ends, access is restricted until you subscribe. There is no trial charge to refund.
2. Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel at any time by opening Plan & billing, selecting Manage subscription and cancelling in Stripe’s customer portal.
Cancellation stops automatic renewal. You normally retain access until the end of the billing period already paid for. No further subscription payment is taken unless you subscribe again.
3. Initial purchase
If you change your mind after your first paid subscription purchase, contact us within 14 days of that payment. We will cancel it and provide a full refund. Paid access may then end immediately.
4. Renewals
Monthly renewals are normally non-refundable once a new monthly period begins, and we do not normally give partial refunds for an unused part of a month.
If an annual subscription renews unintentionally, contact us within 14 days of that renewal. We will refund the renewal and end paid access. After that period, annual renewals are normally non-refundable.
5. Errors and service failures
We will investigate duplicate or incorrect charges and prolonged service failures. Where appropriate, we may provide a full or partial refund or account credit. Nothing limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Refund method and your records
Approved refunds are sent through Stripe to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider controls how long they take to appear.
Before access ends, export any client, accountant or business records you must retain.
7. Contact
Email [email protected] from the account email address. Include your business name and payment date, but never send card details by email.
